In celebration of our incredible 2017 Alumni, this fall we are featuring student reflections on our blog. The following reflection was written by Zachery Utt, a participant on our New Orleans Gulf Coast Program. Throughout our 15-day program, Zachery demonstrated maturity and kindness towards all. His enthusiasm and positive attitude radiated to all those around him, and we will never forget the smile on his face during our cooking classes. During one of our group classes, Zachery adopted the role of sous chef and helped Chef Anne prepare some incredible pralines.
