Greta will graduate from the University of Colorado- Boulder in May 2018 with two degrees in International Affairs and Anthropology. Her passion for travel sparked at a young age when spending time aboard with her family. This led to her participating in a gap year with the Rotary Youth Exchange program in Brazil from 2013 to 2014 and her spending her junior year of college abroad in South America. Greta’s work history includes ski instructing for the past four years and as a peer advisor for CU Boulder’s Education Abroad office. How Greta likes to spend her time is completely dependent on the season: during the winter you can find her skiing in the Rocky Mountains while in the summer you can find her on a boat surfing with her family. Her favorite places in the world are typically inside of national parks, where she can hike and explore the most astonishing places nature has to offer. Greta is a dog person (the bigger the dog, the better!) and also loves a good book. Greta has experience in learning language through immersion, therefore has learned how to speak both Portuguese and Spanish when living with Brazilian and Argentine families. From the mountains to the ocean, Greta is up for all types of outdoorsy adventures!
