After graduating college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Santa Clara University, Luke took to life on the road as an outdoor guide. He spent three winter seasons guiding dogsled adventures. After thawing out in the spring each season, he swapped between a few gigs. One summer Luke co-lead with RLT on the Carribian island of Bonaire. The next summer was in the mountains of Wyoming, guiding llama packing adventures. Then, in an effort to balance out the nomadic work life, Luke settled in Denver, Colorado working as an outdoor marketing photographer. The mountains are still nearby with adventure close on hand. Overall, travel and adventure have been the main theme since graduating college. The goal was to have both work and play collide. Overall, outdoor education and working with youth has been the most rewarding of the ventures.

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I —
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference. – Robert Frost
