Started as an outdoor instructor in Wales, studied the psychological impact of outdoor experiences at university in Cardiff, then spent summers as a camp counselor and village director in the Wisconsin Northwoods before running sales and marketing for a UK youth charity's adventure trips. Off the clock, he coaches kids' kayaking and hikes the Welsh hills with his family and his dog, Mouse.

Went on three RLT trips as a teenager, twice in the Rockies and once in Norway, then studied Recreation Resource Management at the University of Montana and led RLT trips himself for a decade before moving into logistics. Outside the office, he's usually camping or climbing in the Southwest, camera in hand.

In the camp industry since 2006, across programs in Alaska, the Western Caribbean, Peru, and five states, most recently as a camp director before joining RLT. Off the clock, she's backpacking, training for triathlons, or traveling with her husband, son, and dog.

Thirteen summers at North Star Camp before this, plus a study-abroad semester in London that turned into a travel habit: 38 countries and 42 states and counting. Runs leader recruiting and staffing for RLT.

Started in theatre bookkeeping in Chicago, which turned into a real passion for accounting, by way of stints as a real estate agent, market researcher, and escape room creator. She's walked the 500-mile Camino de Santiago and is working her way to all 50 states by 2028.

Bought RLT from Jim and Donna in 2020. Also owns and directs North Star Camp, co-owns Bubbles Academy, and sits on the American Camp Association's Government Relations Board. An avid traveler himself, these days usually with his daughter Laney.
