Every leader passes a comprehensive background check, including driving record verification, before working with students.

Our medical protocols and standing orders are reviewed annually by a licensed medical advisor, with 24/7 access to an emergency physician.

10-Day Staff Training

Every leader completes a 10-day in-house training that includes CPR and AED certification, plus Mental Health First Aid training.
